Robag Wruhme — Tulpa Ovi
I recently picked up Robag Wruhme’s Thora Vukk per reccomendation of Cokemachineglow, and it’s since been serving as my ‘collapsing-into-bed’ album (sorry, Disintegration Loops). The sort of minimal house/techno that Wruhme traffics in isn’t typically my bag, but stuff as rich and realized as this is tough to turn down. Tracks like “Tulpa Ovi”, with its gently resonating keys and tight percussive groove, are as pensive as they are dynamic— tailor-made for the evening wind-down.
